Katherine Henson, penning as k.e. She self-published her first book, “wildflowers: the first collection” in 2016. Katherine has been writing for as long as she can remember, and it is both her love language and preferred choice of communication. For Katherine, writing has been a way to escape and discover; through body image issues, depression, anxiety, and loss Katherine has used her words as a way to be honest with herself, while also helping others understand that they are not alone.

Fairytales are just that, tales. But I do believe that we each get our own little fairytale moment. Maybe it's in love, maybe it's in adventure. But it's moment where all we want to do is freeze frame every second. Not for another's enjoyment, but because we simply do not wish to let it go. A moment that we image others looking at from a distant wishing they could capture the fierceness shooting between you. An image, a scene, a look no book could contain. I believe we get those moments in life. I also believe that we may not always recognize them. They're hidden in pauses of ordinary life, and we'll only see them as such fairytale moments when we look back and swear someone should write a story about that moment.
