Downtown Kankakee Case Study

Downtown Kankakee is a local organization that works to enhance the business and community life within the Downtown Kankakee district. “With a steadfast focus on growth, vibrancy, and connectivity, the KDC is committed to making Downtown Kankakee a place where people truly want to live, work, and thrive.”

I have been involved with Downtown Kankakee in a variety of ways for a few years, and am currently managing their social media presence. This involves brainstorming, creating, and posting content. Content is focused around local businesses, events, history and information, holiday campaigns, lifestyle content, and showcasing the area as a whole.
